All website content, templates, automations, scripts, and materials developed by Accelerate-CX remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use such assets within their own business.
16. Limitation of Liability
Accelerate-CX will not be liable for:

- Downtime caused by hosting or platform providers beyond our control.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
17. Client Responsibilities

- Refrain from using our systems for spam, unlawful, or misleading marketing.
18. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise specified.
Outstanding fees remain payable for work already performed or subscriptions in progress.
